Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Finland organised Jalsa Tarbiyat-e-Aulad – an event to highlight the importance of instilling good morals and religious education in Waqifeen-e-Nau – under the local Waqf-e-Nau department on 24 November 2018.

Jalsa Tarbiyat-e-Aulad and a question and answer session on domestic matters were held under the Waqf-e-Nau and Rishta Nata (matrimonial affairs) departments respectively at Helsinki Salat centre. Aside from the attendees present at the centre, several Waqifeen along with parents from other cities participated in the event via live stream from their respective Salat centres.

The programme was presided by Ata-ul-Ghalib Sahib, National President Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Finland. The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Jareeullah Junba Sahib followed by a nazm of the Promised Messiahas by Mutahir Ahmad Danish Sahib.

Farrukh Islam Sahib, Secretary Waqf-e-Nau then delivered a speech on guiding children and the responsibilities of Waqifeen-e-Nau. In his speech, he referred to the thoughtful teachings and personal model of Promised Messiahas. In light of these pure anecdotes, he concluded that the Promised Messiahas, through his actions, demonstrated that parents held a key role in the moral upbringing of their children. He then explained the procedure of joining the Waqf-e-Nau scheme and expounded on the roles and responsibilities of Waqifeen-e-Nau.

A documentary on the same topic was then played, in which there was great advice of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa to Waqifeen. In this video, regarding the guidance of children and the role of parents, Huzooraa said that from the beginning, the parents should guide their children in a way that they should know the importance of being part of Waqf-e-Nau from a young age. With this thought in mind, the children would serve the Jamaat in the true sense.

After the video documentary, Ata-ul-Ghalib Sahib explained the aims and objectives of this Jalsa to the parents. In his speech, he mentioned that the event aimed to explain the teachings of the Promised Messiahas and guidance of Hazrat Khalifatul Masihaa to the parents regarding the guidance and upbringing of children.

Missionary in-charge Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Finland, Musawer Ahmad Shahkar Sahib discussed the issues and problems concerning domestic matters and Rishta Nata. Following that, a question and answer session was held with questions asked by both men and Lajna members. The gathering concluded with a silent prayer.

With the blessings of Allah, the Tarbiyat-e-Aulad event remained very successful and 88 individuals including Waqifeen and other members of the Jamaat participated in this blessed meeting. May Allah enable all the participants to bring pure changes in themselves. Amin.
