50th Annual Ijtema of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Bangladesh

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Bangladesh held its 50th annual Ijtema at Ahmadnagar, Panchagrah in Bangladesh from 7-9 October 2022. This historic event had participants from 100 majalis out of 108 and the total attendance was 1720, including 953 khuddam, 641 atfal and 126 guests.

The programme started with congregational Tahajjud prayer on 7 October. Later, the flag-hoisting ceremony was held. After the Jumuah prayer, the formal inauguration of the Ijtema was held in the main Ijtema Gah, where the special message from Hazrat Amirul Momineen, Khalifatul Masih Vaa was read out.

Various academic and sports competitions were held. We had invited the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society to arrange blood donations and a free blood grouping programme. In total, 31 members donated blood.

A special magazine was published as a souvenir of the Ijtema

During the Ijtema, various sessions took place, such as a tarbiyati session, career guidelines and an Atfal conference. During the tarbiyati session, Amir Sahib Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Bangladesh also delivered a speech. 

On the second day, we had a special session with some local guests from print and electronic media. The Ijtema news was covered by both online and print media. 

The Ijtema concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, followed by a silent prayer led by Amir Sahib Jamaat Bangladesh.
