A gate to Paradise

Al Hakam8th April 2022

Hazrat Sahlra ibn Saad, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

“In Paradise, there is a gate which is called Rayyan, through which only the people who fast shall enter on the Day of Resurrection. No one else shall enter along with them. It will be proclaimed, ‘Where are the people who fast that they should be admitted into it?’ And when the last of them will enter, it shall be closed and no one will enter it.” (Sahih Muslim, Kitab al-Siyam, Hadith. 1152)
