The National Department Khidmat-e-Khalq of Lajna Imaillah Australia held a National Charity Fundraiser 2026, with participation from majalis across Australia. The purpose of this initiative was to raise funds for various charitable foundations whilst encouraging sisterhood bonds and the importance of financial sacrifice within our members. Through the collective efforts of members nationwide, a total of $17,000 was raised for charity.
The fundraiser included a variety of traditional food stalls, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who attended.
The members worked together throughout the day to prepare and serve food, manage the stalls, handle finances and ensure everything ran smoothly. The event also gave members of all ages the chance to volunteer and work together, strengthening the sense of unity within the Jamaat while raising funds for a charitable cause. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to various charitable foundations, enabling the department Khidmat-e-Khalq to continue supporting those in need and fulfilling its objective of serving humanity.
