A four-member delegation from the Masroor Region of Majlis Ansarullah UK paid a visit to the Mayor of Merton, Councillor Shuile Syeda, at the Merton Civic Centre on 26 June 2026.
During the meeting, the delegation presented the Mayor with a copy of the Holy Quran, featuring the Arabic text and English translation. In addition, the Mayor was given a copy of World Crisis and the Pathway to Peace, a compilation of addresses delivered by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aa).
The Mayor was briefed on the various activities organised by the Majlis and highlighted its ongoing commitment to community cohesion and integration. The Mayor highly commended the contributions, praising the dedicated involvement in local charitable activities and community development.
