The Third Ijtema of Majlis Ansarullah Yorkshire was held at the Baitul Afiyat Mosque, Sheffield, on 10 May 2026.
The Yorkshire Region was established in 2024, having previously been part of the Northeast Region.
After breakfast and registration, the opening session was held, which was chaired by Fazal Ahmed Sahib, Qaid Talim Majlis Ansarullah UK.
The session started with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the Ansar Pledge, poem and opening address by Qaid Sahib Talim.
Following the opening session, academic and sports competitions were held.
After this, Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK, Sahibzada Mirza Waqas Ahmad, joined the Ijtema. After meeting with all members, Sadr Sahib visited the exhibitions and viewed a presentation competition.
After lunch and Zuhr and Asr prayers, the final session started, chaired by Sadr Majlis Ansarullah UK. The session started with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the Ansar Pledge and poem, the Ijtema report and prize distribution ceremony.
Sadr Sahib Majlis then delivered the concluding address on the importance of “Durood and Istighfar”. The closing session ended with a silent prayer. The event was attended by 140 ansar and 25 guests.
