A glimpse into the rich history of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat
13 March 1971: On this day, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IIIrh graced the farewell ceremony held for 13 doctors who were going to West Africa under the Nusrat Jehan Leap Forward programme. (Tarikh-e-Ahamdiyyat, Vol. 27, pp. 31-32).
14 March 1986: On this day, while delivering his Friday sermon at the Fazl Mosque in London, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IVrh announced the establishment of the Syedna Bilal Fund for the families of Ahmadi martyrs and those imprisoned in Jamaat-related legal cases. In this sermon, Huzoorrh also mentioned the high spirits of the innocent Ahmadis imprisoned in Sukkur Jail and Sahiwal Jail at that time in Pakistan. (Khutbat-e-Tahir, Vol. 5, pp. 213-223)

14 March 2015: On this day, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa addressed the 12th National Peace Symposium of Jamaat UK. (“Muslim Leader says Justice and Honesty required to prevent Outbreak of third World War” at pressahmadiyya.com)
15 March 1907: On this day, the Promised Messiahas issued an announcement for Muslim clerics and invited them to read his book, Haqiqat-ul-Wahi, with deep consideration. (Haqiqat-ul-Wahi, Ruhani Khazain, Vol. 22, p. 611)
15 March 1971: On this day, a group of 20 American students, accompanied by their teachers, arrived in Qadian to explore its historical and spiritual significance. The group consisted of 11 girls and 9 boys, along with three professors from Baring College, Batala. They were warmly welcomed and given a guided tour through the sacred sites of Qadian. 15 March 2004: During his tour of Ghana, on this day, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa met with the then-president of Ghana, John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor. (Al Fazl International, 26 March 2004, p. 16)
16 March 1919: On this day, on the second day of Jalsa Salana Qadian, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IIra addressed the Jalsa on the important topic of Irfan-e-Ilahi [Cognisance of God].
16 March 1919: On this same day, an Ahmadi, Ghulam Muhammad Khan MA of Firozpur, interviewed Maulvi Muhammad Hussain Batalvi, who was once a proponent and supporter of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas and, unfortunately, became one of the fiercest opponents of the Promised Messiahas. However, when the time came for him to consider his children’s welfare, with the advice of Hazrat Sheikh Yaqub Ali Irfanira, he chose Talim-ul-Islam School, Qadian, for their education. 17 March 1914: Soon after his election as Khalifatul Masih, despite the period of immense difficulties, Hazrat Sahibzada Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmadra, on this day, started delivering his dars of the Holy Quran in Masjid Aqsa, Qadian. He started by explaining the commentary of Surah al-Mujadalah, which was being published in Al Fazl from 8 April. This valuable deliberation was later published in book form, titled Haqaiq-ul-Quran.
In those early days, Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra initiated the dars of the Holy Quran for the ladies too, in accordance with the will of his predecessor, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Ira. After being elected as Khalifa, the daily activities of Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra multiplied, as Huzoorra began gracing question-and-answer sessions daily after Maghrib prayers. Hazrat Maulvi Muhammad Ismael Halalpurira was assigned to assist Huzoorra in daily correspondence and arrange Huzoor’sra daily official and personal mulaqat schedule. 17 March 1925: On this day, Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra established Madrasat-ul-Khawatin – an educational institute – to enhance the education of Ahmadi women. Huzoorra spared time to lecture the classes for a considerable amount of time until his tight schedule made it impossible for him to continue teaching them. (Tarikh-e-Ahmadiyyat, Vol. 4 p. 518)
18 March 1948: On this day, Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra delivered a lecture at the Theosophical Hall, Karachi, as part of a series of lectures titled “Istihkam-e-Pakistan”. It was organised by the local Lajna Imaillah and thus attended by around 600 Ahmadi and non-Ahmadi women, including Lady Abdullah Haroon (former president of All India Women Muslim League & Vice-President of All Pakistan Women’s Association), Begum Shaban (a prominent leader of the Pakistan Movement) and Begum Afridi, etc.

18 March 2011: During his Friday sermon on this day, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa mentioned Rana Zafrullah Sahib of Sanghar, Pakistan, who had been martyred there. He was serving as the Qaid Majlis and Secretary Maal.
19 March 1937: In his Friday sermon, on this day, Hazrat Musleh-e-Maudra, while explaining the meaning of تخلقوا باخلاق اللّٰه, advised that Ahmadis should be a manifestation of the attribute of God Almighty, Rabb-ul-Aalamin (Lord of the All Worlds). And since there was no pause or hindrance in this attribute of Allah, Huzoorra said, there should not be any hindrance or pause in the acts of worship and good deeds of the members of the Jamaat.
