عَنْ أَبِیْ هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ
إِذَا هَلَكَ كِسْرَى فَلَا كِسْرَى بَعْدَهُ، وَإِذَا هَلَكَ قَيْصَرُ فَلَا قَيْصَرَ بَعْدَهُ، وَالَّذِیْ نَفْسِیْ بِيَدِهِ، لَتُنْفِقُنَّ كُنُوزَهُمَا فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللہِ
Hazrat Abu Hurairahra narrates that the Allah’s Messengersa said:
“Once Chosroes has been ruined, there will be no Chosroes after him; and once Caesar has been ruined, there will be no Caesar after him. By Him in Whose Hands my life is, you will spend their treasures in Allah’s cause.”
