عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
إِنَّ الدُّعَاءَ هُوَ الْعِبَادَةُ۔ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادۡعُوۡنِیۡۤ اَسۡتَجِبۡ لَکُمۡ
Hazrat Nu’manra bin Bashir narrates that the Holy Prophetsa said:
“Indeed supplication is the essence of worship.” Then he recited: “And your Lord says: ‘Pray unto Me; I will answer your prayer.’”
