Huzooraa inaugurating Jalsa duties

Khalifatul Masih V, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmadaa arrived at Baitus Sabuh Mosque in Frankfurt on 1 September 2018. He left from the Fazl Mosque, London earlier that morning.

Having crossed the English Channel on a ferry, Huzooraa was greeted by the National President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat in Germany, Abdullah Uwe Wagishauser Sahib and various other officials upon arrival in mainland Europe. Travelling through France and Belgium, Huzooraa arrived Baitus Sabuh, Frankfurt – the headquarters of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, Germany – at around 9pm local time.

Huzooraa was received by thousands of Ahmadi Muslim men, women and children who had assembled in the premises to welcome their beloved Imam. Everyone was overjoyed to have Huzooraa among them once again. Shortly after his arrival, Huzooraa led the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Huzooraa has travelled to attend the 43rd Jalsa Salana of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Germany, taking place in Karlsruhe. The Jalsa starts today, Friday 7 September 2018 and an attendance of over 35,000 is expected.

Huzooraa travelled from Frankfurt to Karlsruhe yesterday on Thursday, 6 September and, having inspected the on-site arrangements, inaugurated the Jalsa duties. Upon arrival at the Jalsa Gah, Huzooraa personally visited and inspected departments.

After tilawat and translation by Aneeq Ahmad Sahib, Huzooraa addressed the volunteers of all departments in the Jalsa Gah.

In his address, Huzooraa reminded the volunteers of the importance of their duties at Jalsa Salana and the blessings involved. Huzooraa laid special emphasis on hospitality of the guests of Jalsa Salana, reminding volunteers that those attending the Jalsa are guests of the Promised Messiahas and they should be treated with love and respect.

Hazrat Khalifatul Masihaa said that he had, over the past years, received complaints about some workers who had not shown the pleasant attitude that they ought to have when dealing with guests. Huzooraa instructed that no one should have such complaints from workers. If a worker thinks that they cannot bring about a change in the way they deal with guests, they should immediately withdraw themselves from their Jalsa duty.

Huzooraa mentioned that as he went around the Jalsa Gah to inspect the arrangements, he noticed a positive change in many departments.

Huzooraa prayed for the success of the Jalsa and those who were on duty and led the congregation in silent prayer.
