Ridda Iman Ahmad Sahiba reports that on 5 December 2021, Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Austin celebrated its educational excellence day where students and graduates were recognised for their academic achievements.
The programme commenced with the recitation from the Holy Quran and was followed by opening remarks by Secretary Talim, Rashid Warraich Sahib.
The first speaker of the day was Prof Nadeem Malik Sahib who shared insight on the quest for knowledge and stressed the importance of acquiring knowledge from a young age.
The missionary, Qasim Choudhary Sahib spoke about balancing school and faith while sharing invaluable time management tips mentioned by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa.
Graduating students also had the opportunity to share their experience and advice with the younger students. College student, Sarim Ahmad Sahib advised students to follow their passions and find meaning in their studies to enjoy their time in school.
This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony.
The concluding remarks were made by the local president, Maqbool Ahmad Sahib.
