عَنْ أَبِیْ هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُوْلُ اللہِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُوْلُ اَللّٰهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لِیْ دِينِیَ الَّذِیْ هُوَ عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِی وَأَصْلِحْ لِیْ دُنْيَاىَ الَّتِیْ فِيهَا مَعَاشِیْ وَأَصْلِحْ لِیْ آخِرَتِیْ الَّتِیْ فِيهَا مَعَادِی وَاجْعَلِ الْحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لِیْ فِیْ كُلِّ خَيْرٍ وَاجْعَلِ الْمَوْتَ رَاحَةً لِیْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ
Hazrat Abu Hurairahra relates that the Holy Prophetsa used to supplicate:
“O Allah, improve this faith of mine which is a means of strength and steadfastness in my affairs. Reform my worldly affairs of earning a living. Make my life to which I have to return after death, better. Make my life prosper in all good aspects and save my death from every evil and make it a source of peace.”
