عَنْ أَبِیْ أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، قَالَ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ أَخْبِرْنِىْ بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِىْ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
تَعْبُدُ اللهَ وَلاَ تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَتُقِيْمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَتُؤْتِى الزَّكَاةَ وَتَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ
“Hazrat Abu Ayubra narrates that a person once asked the Holy Prophetsa, ‘O Messenger of Allah, tell me of a deed that will gain me admittance to Paradise.’ The Holy Prophetsa replied: ‘Worship Allah and do not associate any [partner] with Him, establish salat, pay the zakat and uphold the ties of kinship.’”
