عَنْ أَبِی هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ
إِذَا أَحَبَّ اللّٰهُ الْعَبْدَ نَادَى جِبْرِيْلَ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ فُلَانًا فَأَحْبِبْهُ. فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيْلُ، فَيُنَادِيْ جِبْرِيْلُ فِيْ أَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ إِنَّ اللّٰهَ يُحِبُّ فُلاَنًا فَأَحِبُّوْهُ. فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، ثُمَّ يُوْضَعُ لَهُ الْقَبُوْلُ فِی الأَرْضِ
Hazrat Abu Hurairahra narrated that the Holy Prophetsa said, “When Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel saying, ‘Allah loves so-and-so; O Gabriel! Love him.’ Gabriel then loves him and make an announcement amongst the inhabitants of the Heaven. ‘Allah loves so-and-so, therefore you should love him also,’ and so all the inhabitants of the Heaven love him, and he is then granted the acceptance and approval of the people on the earth.”
