It is announced to notify all members of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya that owing to the requirements of the Jamaat, I have taken a decision after taking recommendations from the residents of Qadian and those residing outside of Qadian that superior posts will be assigned to several persons for carrying out different works of the Jamaat. Their responsibility will be to perform their assigned works routinely and to fulfill the requirements of the Jamaat with full devotion.
For the time being I have appointed a Nazir-e-Ala (Chief Administrator), a Nazir Talif-o-Ishaat (Director of Compilation and Publication), a Nazir Talim-o-Tarbiyat (Director of Education and Edification), a Nazir Umur-e-Ama (Director of General Affairs) and a Nazir Bait-ul-Mal (Director of Finance).
The responsibilities of both Nazir-e-Ala and Nazir Talif-o-Ishaat have been assigned to Maulvi Sher Ali Sahib, Nazir Talim-o-Tarbiyat to Maulvi Syed Sarwar Shah Sahib, Nazir Umur-e-Ama to Mirza Bashir Ahmad Sahib and Nazir Bait-ul-Mal to Master Abdul Mughni Sahib.

Taking into account the Jamaat’s needs for Ifta (authority of issuing official fatwas – religious edicts) and Qaza (department of justice), I have appointed Maulvi Syed Sarwar Shah Sahib, Maulvi Muhammad Ismail Sahib and Hafiz Roshan Ali Sahib for Ifta, while Qazi Amir Hussein Sahib, Maulvi Fazl Din Sahib and Mir Muhammad Ishaq Sahib have been appointed for Qaza.

The members of Jamaat will be informed every now and then of the changes brought about in future. I am hopeful that members of the Jamaat will assist the appointees in their works and will not cease in serving the Jamaat.
In the beginning, these appointees will need special assistance for acquiring important information from members of the Jamaat residing outside of Qadian for which they will have to spend a great deal of their time, but I am certain that they will happily embrace these challenges to acquire Allah the Almighty’s pleasure and to strengthen His established Jamaat. They will surely attain Divine rewards by helping the appointees in every way possible and will consider their writings as my own.

وَ آخِرُ دَعْوٰنَا اَنِ الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
(“And the conclusion of our prayers will always be that all praise be to Allah, Lord of all the worlds.”)
