The 31st Jalsa Salana of Benin was held in Houegbo, Allada which saw a total attendance of 4877. This was an increase of 1064 people compared to Jalsa Salana Benin 2018.
The Jalsa started on 27 December 2019 with the flag hoisting ceremony carried out by Amir Sahib. A number of speeches were held on the first day, including guest speeches.
The highlight was the live Friday Sermon of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V, may Allah be his Helper, which was shown to the attendees in French.
The second and third days were also jam-packed with speeches on various topics such as “the true life of Jesusas” and “the spiritual and physical benefits of Salaat”.
All three days were initiated with congregational Tahajjud and Fajr prayers followed by short lectures on the Holy Quran.
Distinguished guests also came to the Jalsa and delivered short speeches. The list of these guests is as follows:
