عَنْ أَبِی أَیُّوبَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَہُ بِسِتٍّ مِنْ شَوَّالٍ، کَانَ کَصَوْمِ الدَّھْرِ
Hazrat Abu Ayyub, Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“Whoever fasts Ramadan then follows it with six days of Shawal, it is as if he fasted for a lifetime.”
