Jalsa and peace symposium held in Jinja and Kampala regions of Uganda

On 14 July 2024, the Jinja Region of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Uganda held its Jalsa and peace symposium in Namagera. This event was attended by 1755 people. Various speeches were held, including by the regional missionary, Naveed Ahmad Rasheed; LC1 Chairperson, Mugabo Elias; Reverald Bamuwane Aron; and James Hamba.

Another peace symposium was held in the Kampala Region on 21 July 2024. In his concluding speech, Amir and Missionary-in-Charge Uganda, Muhammad Ali Kaire Sahib, shed light on the responsibilities of leaders on all levels of society as emulated by the Holy Prophet Muhammadsa. Mr Eriga Raegan Elijah, a political scientist and an international relationship expert who is a member of the Uganda Council of Foreign Mission also attended the event and delivered a short speech. More than 700 people attended the event.
