On 19 September 2021 the national amila of Majlis Ansarullah Germany and regional nazimeen-e-ala met with Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa in a virtual mulaqat.
After conveying his salaam, Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa started the meeting with silent prayer.
Addressing Mubarak Ahmad Shahid Sahib, Sadr Majlis Ansrarullah Germany, Huzooraa asked what the programme was for the meeting. Sadr Sahib responded that the national amila desired to gain guidance from Huzooraa with regard to their respective duties and roles.
Naib Sadr Awwal, Bashir Ahmad Rehan Sahib, was the first to present his report. He said that he was currently working in three different departments, namely tarbiyat, talim, and talim-ul-Quran.
Next, speaking with Zafar Ahmad Sahib, Naib Sadr Saf-e-Daum, Hazrat Khalifatul Masihaa asked how many ansar were cycling regularly. Zafar Ahmad Sahib replied that, in view of the reports and figures, 1,433 ansar cycled regularly.
Huzooraa then asked how many ansar there were in saf-e-daum, to which he replied that there were 3,947 members.
Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa said that programmes should be made to ensure that members of Ansarullah remained as active as they were in Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya.
Next, Qaid Talim, Ashfaq Ahmad Sahib, reported that the year’s talim programme was mainly focused on three essential points. One point was to ensure more ansar partook in reading and studying books that were prescribed for them. Hearing this, Huzooraa asked how many members of ansar there were. Ashfaq Ahmad Sahib replied that there were 7,118 ansar, as shown in the reports. Huzooraa then asked how many were active in the programmes initiated by qaid talim. Ashfaq Ahmad Sahib answered that there were, up until now, 3,480 members of Ansarullah who took part in reading and studying the prescribed books.
Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa, whilst offering guidance, said, “Give some [members of Ansar] the audio [of the books],” so that they may listen to the books during their day-to-day schedule.
Speaking with Shahid Hassan Sahib, Additional Qaid Umumi, Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa asked where the members of the amila were seated. Answering, he said that they were gathered and seated in the men’s sports hall of Bait-us-Sabuh complex.
Next, Huzooraa spoke with Khalil-ud-Din Ahmad Sahib, Qaid Umumi, and asked how many majalis there were and how many sent their reports regularly. Khalil-ud-Din Ahmad Sahib stated that there were 280 majalis and all majalis were regular in sending their reports.
Addressing Sheikh Muhammad Imran Sahib, Naib Sadr and Qaid Mal, Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa stated:
“If you reflect on your weaknesses, you will make progress. No progress can be achieved by merely focusing on the positive side of things. Nations develop only when they look at their weaknesses and try to improve.”
Next, Zaheer Ahmad Tahir Sahib, Naib Sadr, presented his report. He stated that he was currently compiling the history of the Jamaat in Germany from 2003 onwards.
Farooq Ahmad Cheema, Additional Qaid Isar, reported that he was responsible for the Ansar charity walks. He reported that last year, it was not possible to hold such charity events. He added that this year, eight charity walks had already been held. He said that from the money raised, 80% was donated to various local charity organisations and the remaining 20% was donated to Humanity First.
Khawaja Rafiq Ahmad, Qaid Isar, stated that he was currently focusing on six different tasks such as holding charity walks, tree planting, waqar-e-amal and checking up on Ansar members who required help. He stated that through these works, various people were being introduced to the Jamaat.
Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa said that work should be started by Ansarullah Germany for “making a model village in Africa.”
Addressing Tayyab Shehzad Sahib, Qaid Tarbiyat Nau-Mubai‘een, Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa stated that converts to Ahmadiyyat should be added to his team to ensure that the new converts’ tarbiyat was done properly.
Next, whilst speaking with Daud Ahmed Qamar Sahib, Qaid Tarbiyat, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa asked about the programme made for the year. Huzooraa asked how many ansar offered Salat in congregation and how many recited the Holy Quran; to which qaid tarbiyat responded that 45% offered Salat in congregation and 50% recited the Holy Quran according to the figures in the reports.
Hearing this, Huzooraa said that he should send members of his team to various majalis to corroborate the reports.
Huzooraa then asked him about the numbers and figures of those Ansar who taught and advised their children to offer the daily prayers. To this, he was told he did not have the figures for this. Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa then stated:
“It is your [Ansar’s] duty to also look after the next generation … did you listen to my address I delivered in the UK Ansarullah Ijtema?” Qaid Sahib responded in the affirmative. Huzooraa added, “Did you manage to extract any points relating to tarbiyat from the address?”
Huzooraa said that points should be extracted and shared with all the majalis so that they may act upon them.
Whilst addressing Mansoor Ahmad Sahib, Additional Qaid Mal Expenses, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa asked if everything was running according to the budget, to which he responded in the affirmative.
Speaking with Waseem Ahmad Sindhi Sahib, Qaid Zehanat-o-Sehat-e-Jismani, Huzooraa enquired how much exercise he did regularly; replying, he stated that he would walk around four kilometres daily. Hearing this, Huzooraa smiled and said, “Now you have the right to ask the Ansar [about exercise].”
Addressing Atif Shahzad Sahib, Qaid Tabligh, Huzooraa enquired about his plan for tabligh. In response, he said that there were online sittings held and one-to-one sittings held, wherever needed. He added that flyers and leaflets were also distributed.
Whilst presenting his report, Qaid Isar, Mudasser Ahmad Shah Sahib, said that he was tasked by Sadr Sahib to look after the wellbeing of the ansar who were either unwell or of old age. He stated that he would meet with them, speak with them, and would ask about their well-being.
Dr Rashid Nawaz Sahib, Qaid Isha‘at, was next to present his report. Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa asked him how frequently the Ansarullah magazine was published. Dr Rashid Nawaz Sahib responded that the Ansarullah magazine was published every three to four months. He added that Majlis Ansarullah was expected to publish a quarterly periodical as per their constitution.
Next, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Vaa received a report from both qaids of Tahrik-e-Jadid and Waqf-e-Jadid. Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa stated that the Waqf-e-Jadid target should make efforts and try to excel the Tahrik-e-Jadid target.
Whilst speaking with Zaeem-e-Ala Frankfurt, Falahuddin Khan Sahib, Hazrat Amirul Momineenaa asked how many ansar lived in Frankfurt. In response, he said that there were 404 ansar in Frankfurt. Huzooraa asked if the ansar were active and further stated:
“What I have said to the qaideen is also addressed to the zu‘ama seated here. If they [the zu‘ama] start working in this way in their majalis properly, then the pace of the development of the Jamaat can increase manifold.”
Following this, speaking with qaid talim-ul-Quran & waqf-e-arzi, Huzooraa asked how many Ansar members had participated in waqf-e-arzi, to which he responded that 657 members of Ansarullah had participated during the year. Hearing this, Huzooraa told him to also ensure that all amila members took part and emphasised that he should make a target to get 100% of the amila to participate in waqf-e-arzi.
As the mulaqat ended, Huzooraa addressed Sadr Sahib and the members present by saying:
“Exhaust all your efforts, pray to Allah the Exalted that He may cause your efforts to bear the most excellent fruits, and then leave the matter with Allah.”
With this, Hazrat Khalifatul Masihaa conveyed his salaam to all members and the meeting drew to a close.
