أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِکٍ۔ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ، قَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسَحَّرُوْا فَاِنَّ فِی السَّحُوْرٍ بَرَکَۃً
Hazrat Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“Partake of Suhoor, for therein is a blessing.”
