Zubair Khalil Khan, Humanity First Germany
Humanity First Germany in cooperation with Humanity First and Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Bosnia delivered winter clothing to 347 people in need on 28 November. Relief packages included winter jackets, gloves, warm leggings and woollen full sleeve tops.
The refugee camp located at the Boric area of Bihac was chosen to distribute the winter relief. Members of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), who run the camp, were extremely nice and possessed great passion to serve.
The love shown by the camp managers, Natascha Sahib, Aaideen Sahib and Rubina Sahiba for each individual refugee was worth praising. Wasim Sahib from Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Bosnia, along with Nadim Sahib and Fareed Sahib all worked very hard to ensure the success of the project.
Rubina sahiba, who managed the distribution on the men side, expressed her delight as Humanity First ensured provision of winter clothing items for every male member of the Boric camp. According to her, women and children always get priority and men are often neglected.
However, Humanity First treated everyone equally and ensured all were given relief, something which she admired.
A day earlier, the regional head of IOM, Mr Vladmir Mitkovski invited the Humanity First delegation to his office and appreciated the kind and valuable gesture of Humanity First Germany.
